Stellantis is seeking a seasoned technical leader to head a global team of test managers and own the validation strategy for large software platforms. You will drive a common mindset to ensure software quality across infotainment, ADAS, connectivity and propulsion domains, while aligning with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards.

The role oversees multiple distributed teams, steers test environments (HIL/SIL, simulations) and reports on KPIs, risks and progress to executives, with a focus on Lean

Competenze

• Master/Diploma in Electrical, Communications Engineering and/or Computer Science.
• Minimum 10+ years in Automotive Industry.
• Minimum 5+ years of Team Leadership (minimally 3 years disciplinary leadership).
• Strong project experience across Propulsion, Infotainment, Connectivity, Platform Services.

• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of validation activities across all software domains.
• Monitor and optimize validation workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean validation practices.
• Establish robust reporting for validation progress, KPIs, and issues.
• Collaborate with program and release management to align validation with milestones.
• Define overarching test strategy for software validation across multiple domains.
