Hashlist is seeking an E2E Senior System Architect in Turin, Italy to lead system definitions for next-generation connected vehicles. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team to ensure that the system meets safety, quality, and performance objectives while driving standardization.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in system design within the automotive domain, focusing on functional architectures and safety.

• Minimum 5 years in functional or system design within a multidisciplinary automotive environment.

• Define and deploy the roadmap of assigned systems.
• Analyze new use cases and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Lead functional and dysfunctional impact analyses.
• Ensure system feasibility with subsystem leaders.
• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Organize and lead system-level technical reviews.
• Manage system lifecycle and configuration through PLM tools.
• Track and validate system maturity.
• Report system-level status and risks.
• Ensure design meets safety, performance, cost, and timing objectives.
• Drive standardization and reuse.
