Lawer S.p.A. is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to develop and implement AI projects across industrial processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and to advance our automation products with state-of-the-art AI capabilities. The role focuses on programmatic AI integration, pilot projects, PoCs, and industrialization, with a strong emphasis on data analytics, MLOps, and effective communication with both technical and

Competenze

Degree in Engineering or similar field.
3+ years Python programming experience.
Experience with LLMs and modern AI tools (prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks).
Knowledge of AI/ML/Data Analytics.
Understanding of industrial, production and automation processes.
Ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical, structured, and result-oriented.
