Amazon's LATAM CFX team is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to build data and analytics solutions that shape concessions, returns experience, and policies across MX and BR. You will translate complex problems into analytic requirements and deliver insights that influence leadership and drive profitability.

You'll work with PMs, engineers, and operations to develop models, dashboards, and tools, leveraging LLMs and advanced analytics to reduce customer pain points and optimize the

Competenze

• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
• Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared).
• Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).
