Amazon.com’s Last Mile Quality team is seeking a data-driven BI Engineer to own the vision for quality improvement through global address management programs. You will shape strategy for customer-facing analytics and partner with product and technology teams to deliver fast, reliable insights.

In a matrix organization you will analyze data, define metrics, and drive large-scale initiatives that improve performance and customer experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
• Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R).
• Experience building and maintaining basic data artifacts (e.g., ETL, data models, queries).
• Experience applying basic statistical methods to difficult business problems.
• Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard BI tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports.
• Track record of generating key business insights and collaborating with stakeholders.
