Amazon is seeking a customer-obsessed BI Engineer to design intelligence systems that support Account Managers and leaders, enabling data-driven decisions at scale. You will work across BI and applied ML stacks, writing production SQL, building data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and AI interfaces.

You will collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams, mentoring analysts and delivering end-to-end projects with minimal supervision.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with data platforms (Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL).
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
• Experience in statistical analysis packages (R, SAS, Matlab).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for modeling.

• Design and build MCP server as a centralized knowledge repository for AI agents.
• Develop ML-driven scoring and prioritization models with feature engineering and deployment.
• Create, support, and improve reports and metrics for business operations.
• Design and implement data pipelines (SQL, Python, Airflow) for signals and engagement data.
• Automate repetitive reporting and scale intelligence delivery across regions.
• Convert data into actionable BI using QuickSight/Tableau and deliver key metrics.
