Amazon seeks a Program Manager for Routing Insights and Analytics in Italy to lead cross-functional projects, define metrics, and drive data-driven decisions that improve the customer experience. You will partner with technology, product, business and operations teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions for internal and external customers.

Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this fast-paced role.

Competenze

2+ years of program or project management experience.
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
Experience in MS Access and SQL.
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.

Mansioni

Program manage the solution for last mile related problems from identification, scoping and sizing to creating long term solutions in partnership with tech, product, business and operations
Define success criteria for programs and audits processes and create/ drive right metrics to track and influence program health
Collaborate with multiple teams as a subject matter expert in last mile delivery domain and develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor, data integrity and solves problem for the long term
Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
Analyze and solve business problems at their root
