EF Education First Ltd. seeks a high-energy closer for our on-site Milan office. You will turn student dreams into enrollment through sharp sales instincts, relationship-building, and relentless follow-through.

You will work with universities and fairs, maintaining a high-volume call flow. Fluency in Italian and English, plus a willingness to grow within a global, supportive team, are essential.

Qualificações

• You are a natural closer and can move conversations forward.
• You are fluent in Italian with working English written and spoken.
• You have full working rights in Europe; no sponsorship required.
• You are detail-oriented with a can-do attitude and proactive.
• You've lived, studied, or worked abroad and understand our programs.
• Additional languages are a plus in our multicultural environment.
• You are early in your career or pivoting into sales with clear potential.

Responsabilidades

• Promote our Programs and build a high-converting enrollment pipeline.
• Drive a high-volume flow of inbound and outbound calls to students.
• Motivate yourself and the team to hit individual and team sales goals.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students.
• Collaborate with international sales and campus teams to deliver a great experience.
