Job summary

EF Education First is seeking a high-energy Sales role on-site in Milan (San Babila) to convert prospective students into enrolled participants for study-abroad programs. You will leverage sharp sales instincts, relationship-building, and relentless follow-through to turn inquiries into decisions.

You will manage a high-volume call flow in Italian with English support, participate in fairs and campus events, and collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional student experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian with working English (written and spoken).
• Excellent sales and communication skills; comfortable handling a high-volume call flow.
• Natural closer with the ability to move conversations toward enrollment.
• Full working rights in Europe — no sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Promote EF programs and build a high-converting enrollment pipeline.
• Drive a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
• Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year.
• Collaborate with international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience.
