EF Education First Ltd. is seeking a high-energy sales-focused on-site role in Rome to turn student dreams into decisions.

You will work from our central office turning inquiries into enrollments, driving a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound calls while representing EF at fairs and universities. The role offers a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, with a base salary of €26,000–€32,000 gross per year, commensurate with experience and CCNL Commercio.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian with working English (written and spoken).
• Full working rights in Europe (no sponsorship).
• Early in your career or pivoting into sales with potential for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Promote EF programs to build a high-converting student pipeline.
• Drive a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to potential students.
• Motivate yourself and the team to reach sales goals with a competitive attitude.
• Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students.
• Collaborate with international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience.
