EF Education First in Milan is seeking a high‑energy sales professional to turn prospective students into enrolled learners. You’ll use sharp sales instincts, fluent Italian, and English to build relationships, hit targets, and advance quickly within a global company.

This fully on‑site role, based at our San Babila office, offers a clear 1–3 year leadership path and a base salary of €26,000–€32,000 gross per year, supported by a friendly, international team with ongoing training and growth

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you'll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship‑building, and relentless follow‑through. This is a high-performance role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it.

What You'll Do

• Promote our Programs: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high‑converting, long‑term enrollment pipeline
• Excellent Communication: Drive a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — you're comfortable being direct and persuasive
• Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Collaborate globally: Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience
  

Who You Are

• You're a natural closer — you know how to read people and move conversations forward
• Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken)
