• Solid fundamentals in electrical engineering, measurements, testing methods and instrumentation.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, testing standards and laboratory practices.

• High level of accuracy, responsibility and technical rigor.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of laboratory tests according to QMS procedures and customer requirements.
• Assist with quality process test validation, including dimensional checks and electrical/destructive tests.
• Support the preparation and update of Manufacturing Quality Control Plans during tender and execution phases.
• Ensure technical correctness, traceability and reliability of test results, including data analysis and reporting.
• Support management of calibrated laboratory instruments and documentation.
• Collaborate with external suppliers for electrical testing activities.
• Support customer audits and follow-up actions.
• Participate in quality technical training and in the development of new laboratory testing methods.
