STMicroelectronics is seeking an aspiring L&D/HR professional to support ongoing L&D initiatives. You will help design and structure a skill-based learning hub, coordinate knowledge management across projects, and assist with program materials and deliverables across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a multicultural environment, proficiency with Office tools, and fluency in English plus another European language. ST emphasizes DEI and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Economics, Marketing, HR & Organization.
• Prior professional experience a plus in L&D.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and another European language (Italian or French).

Responsabilités

• Support the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform.
• Coordinate knowledge management across L&D projects with input from SMEs and program leads.
• Assist project administration and coordination as initiatives scale.
• Serve as a central point for assembling deliverables across project teams.
• Support L&D marketing and communications campaigns via in-person events and ST internal channels.
