You will work within HR Management, covering Training, Development, Recruitment & Selection, Welfare and Social Impact, with a focus on operational support and project contributions. The role includes maintaining the Digital Academy LMS, helping design training paths, supporting in-house courses, and monitoring training effectiveness, with a

Competenze

• Pursuing or completed degree, ideally in a training-related field.
• Interest in the HR world.

Mansioni

• Update and maintain the Digital Academy – LMS.
• Support design of training paths and development of training offer.
• Assist in managing in-house courses (registers, classrooms).
• Support mandatory training management and reporting for funded training.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training activities and projects.
• Assist Group HR development projects.
