team.blue is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems, and help test and improve AI-powered customer care.

Based in Europe with a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with multiple brands to map data flows, define content models, and translate insights into action through user stories and tests.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a Business/Technical Analyst or similar hybrid role.
• Experience analysing data, systems and business processes to identify issues and root causes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and define how changes should be implemented and tested.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, including user stories and workflows.
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting with low-code platforms.

Mansioni

• Gather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across brands and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analyse knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Define and maintain the content model in partnership with the Foundation PM, ensuring knowledge is structured for downstream systems and AI-powered customer care.
• Map knowledge sources, data flows and integration points and identify how information should flow between systems.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, working with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations, including adjustments.
• Design and execute tests, analyse results and troubleshoot issues to validate improvements.
• Work iteratively with business and technical teams to refine the solution.
