Bonprix S.R.L. is seeking a specialist to develop an international Training & Knowledge Management framework, covering governance, processes, and KPIs, and to drive innovation across our global CCM organization.

You will analyze performance data to optimize FCR and customer satisfaction through better agent performance and training, transforming local standards into scalable international practices while ensuring framework adherence.

Competenze

• Deep understanding of knowledge and training management processes.
• Familiarity with training methodologies and knowledge management tools.
• Experience with process management and optimization methods.
• English language skills at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement an international Training & Knowledge Management framework.
• Analyze performance data to optimize FCR and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with France, Germany, Italy and Poland to align processes.
