The Social Hub in Firenze offers a Kitchen Porter role ideal for energetic individuals who can keep a busy kitchen clean and efficient. You’ll support dishwashing, stock organization, and daily hygienic routines while learning on the job.

No prior experience is required; we provide full training and a friendly team. You’ll contribute to smooth operations in a dynamic hospitality setting with opportunities to grow.

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.

You jump in where the team needs you, keep equipment shining, and make sure every plate that goes out starts with a clean slate. What You’ll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
• Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
• Spot and report any issues or hazards right away

What You’ll Have

• No experience needed, we’ll train you
• Some experience in a cleaning or support role is a plus
• Comfortable working in a busy, active environment on your feet
• A team player mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in cleanliness
• Reliable and hard-working behind the scenes

We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.

• Starting salary: 21.185,48€ gross per year
