Job summary

The Social Hub is hiring a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen spotless and ready for action in a busy environment. No experience is required as we’ll train you. You’ll support the kitchen team, handle cleaning duties, and help with deliveries and stock organization as part of a friendly, collaborative crew.

Starting salary is €21,104.30 gross per year, with a clear framework and opportunities for growth within our hybrid hospitality concept across Europe.

• Clear communication skills – able to follow instructions and ask when in doubt

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
• Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
• Spot and report any issues or hazards right away
