Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen spotless, safe and ready for action. You’ll wash dishes, help with stock, and support the team in a busy environment. No experience required; we’ll teach you everything and you’ll become a valued part of the crew.

Starting salary is 21,185.48€ gross per year, with a fair framework and opportunities to learn and grow. We’re a dynamic, multi-national hospitality group that values teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to hygiene

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines.
• Ensure kitchen areas stay spotless including storage and prep spaces.
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed.
• Keep tools and equipment organized and in place.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP.
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly.
• Spot and report any issues or hazards promptly.

What You’ll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines
• Make sure all kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed – from unloading deliveries to organizing stock
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment where they belong to support an efficient workflow
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules like HACCP
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly
• Spot and report any issues or hazards right away

What You’ll Have

• No experience needed, we’ll train you
• Some experience in a cleaning or support role is a plus
• Comfortable working in a busy, active environment on your feet
• A team player mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in cleanliness
• Reliable and hard-working behind the scenes
• Clear communication skills – able to follow instructions and ask when in doubt
