Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Milan is offering a 6-month Kitchen Department internship. You will gain hands-on experience across preparation, banquets, room service and restaurant operations in a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates show a genuine passion for food, enjoy teamwork, stay flexible, and speak Italian (reading, writing and speaking). This internship includes a monthly allowance, training opportunities, complimentary uniform dry cleaning and staff meals.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for a candidate interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Kitchen Department.

What you will do

During the internship in our Kitchen Department, you’ll acquire valuable knowledge about various food preparation techniques. As a Kitchen Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in various aspects of the department including preparation, banquets, room service, and restaurant operations.
