Four Seasons Hotel Milan is seeking a Kitchen Intern for a 6-month internship based in Milan. You will gain hands-on experience in preparation, banquets, room service and restaurant operations.

Ideal candidates have a passion for food, teamwork, and fluency in Italian. The program offers a monthly allowance, comprehensive training opportunities, complimentary employee meals, and staff accommodation where available.

About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for a candidate interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Kitchen Department.

What you will do:

During the internship in our Kitchen Department, you'll acquire valuable knowledge about various food preparation techniques. As a Kitchen Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in various aspects of the department including preparation, banquets, room service, and restaurant operations.
