Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in hotel finance and support day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cashiering.

You will work in a luxury hospitality setting, collaborating with the team, while developing practical financial knowledge and exposure to corporate standards and local compliance.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a luxury hospitality environment, learning the fundamentals of hotel finance while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Finance Department. Working alongside the Team, you will develop practical knowledge across General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Cashiering, while gaining exposure to corporate standards, financial controls, and local compliance procedures.
