GoStudent in Milan is seeking a Junior Tutor Operations Manager to support tutor recruitment across our online marketplace and offline centers. You will help match students with great tutors and contribute to innovative projects like LEGO Robotics.

As part of the Tutor Team, you will recruit, select, onboard and drive operational excellence, collaborating with centre managers and cross-functional teams to improve processes and data quality.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1+); Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• People-oriented with ability to build candidate relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee online tutor recruitment, review registrations, guide candidates, and complete onboarding.
• Lead offline recruitment for GoStudent Learning Centres and LEGO Robotics projects; source and interview tutors.
• Collaborate with centre managers, marketing and operations; monitor KPIs and data quality.
