Job summary

Hitachi Rail STS in Naples, Italy is seeking a motivated Junior Test & Validation Engineer to join a fast-paced, international team. The role combines office work with on-board testing (metro, tram and train) and requires travel and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define Routine and Type Test Procedures, Test Plan and Test program and manage validation activities on vehicles.
• Interface with Design Engineering, manufacturing, RAMS and Safety teams.
• Deliver the Validation report.
• Ensure delivery of vehicles in compliance with customer requirements and project schedule.
