Hitachi Rail cerca un Junior Test & Validation Engineer da inserire a Pistoia (IT). Ruolo in ambiente internazionale, con attività di definizione e gestione di test e validazione per veicoli, collaborando con ingegneria, produzione e sicurezza.

La posizione richiede laurea in ingegneria elettrica/automazione/elettronica o equivalente, disponibilità a viaggiare e a turni notturni, buone capacità di comunicazione e conoscenza di Windows/Office; sede di lavoro a Pistoia, Italia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/laurea in Ingegneria elettrica/automazione/elettronica/motori o titolo equivalente.
• Fluiditá in inglese (lingua obbligatoria).

Responsibilities

• Definire procedure di test di routine e di tipo, piani e programmi e gestire le attività di validazione sui veicoli secondo processi aziendali, standard internazionali.
• Garantire l'interfaccia con il team di progettazione, produzione, RAMS e sicurezza.
• Consegna del report di validazione.
• Consegna dei veicoli in conformitá con i requisiti del cliente e calendario di progetto.

Job Description

Hitachi Rail is looking for a self-motivated Junior Test & Validation Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from technical to management. The position is based in Pistoia - IT.

Accountabilities

• Guarantee the definition of Routine and Type Test Procedures, Test Plan and Test program and the implementation and the management of validation activities on the vehicles according to: Engineering, Homologation, and to Company processes, guidelines and international standards.


• Ensure Interface with Design Engineering project team, manufacturing, RAMS and Safety team.


• Ensure the delivery of the Validation report.


• Ensure delivery of vehicles in compliance with Customer requirements, in accordance with project schedule.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Eager to work in an international environment.


• Skills in Microsoft Windows operating system and Pack Office.


• Knowledge of Cycle V models.


• Availability to travel worldwide and work in night shifts.


• Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions


• strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Education

Degree in Electrical / Automation / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Technical Background.

Languages

Fluent in English.
