Hitachi Rail S.p.A. in Pistoia, Tuscany, Italy is seeking a self-motivated Junior Test & Validation Engineer to drive vehicle validation activities.

You will define test procedures, plan tests, and coordinate with engineering, RAMS and production teams to meet project requirements. The role requires an electrical/automation/electrical/ mechanical engineering background and English fluency, with the ability to travel worldwide and work night shifts as needed; we offer a hybrid work arrangement in

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical/Automation/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and to work night shifts.

Mansioni

• Define Routine and Type Test Procedures, Test Plan and Test program; manage validation activities on vehicles according to Engineering, Homologation and company processes.
• Interface with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, RAMS and Safety teams.
• Deliver the Validation report.
• Ensure vehicles meet Customer requirements and project schedule.
