Oberalp Group's Dynafit division seeks a Junior Product Developer to transform concept ideas into technical apparel products, supporting management, design, development teams and suppliers.

Based in Bolzano, Italy, you will work cross-functionally across regions, participate in testing and fittings, and help maintain development records to deliver high-performance gear for mountain athletes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in apparel product development; recent graduates welcome.
• Understanding of garment construction, fabrics and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and organization, able to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Translate design concepts into technical information in the PLM system with accuracy.
• Support development from concept to salesman sample and maintain records.
• Manage prototypes and samples, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with pattern makers and suppliers on construction requirements.
• Work with garment manufacturers across regions; support supplier visits.
• Support fit sessions, testing and field/wash tests.
• Monitor development timelines and milestones.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of construction, fit and quality.
