Crédit Agricole CIB invites an intern to join the Corporate and Leveraged Finance desk in Milan, supporting origination and structuring for large and mid-cap Italian corporates.

The role covers financial modelling, market analysis, and preparing internal papers and client presentations, with exposure to credit committees and post-transaction memoranda. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. Proficiency in Office tools and Bloomberg is beneficial.

Competenze

• Fluency in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.
• Strong academic track record in Financial Markets/Intermediaries, Financial Products/Securities, Investment Banking.
• Analytical and quantitative skills; strong writing and presentation ability.

Mansioni

• Analyze existing and prospective clients for financing transactions (refinancing, capex, liquidity facilities, acquisitions).
• Perform financial modelling and business plan analysis for financings.
• Prepare internal presentations, pitches, and papers for credit committees.
• Coordinate with other bank teams on transaction origination and syndication.
• Monitor CLF lending portfolio including exposures and RWA.
• Conduct market, benchmark and comparable analysis using Dealogic and internal tools.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and investor discussions.
