Job summary

MotorK in Milano is looking for a Junior Sales Operations Assistant to join the Sales team and support the Regional Director for Italy and Iberia. This internship offers hands-on involvement across strategy, administration and operations.

You will build PowerPoint presentations, manage inbox, produce reports, analyze sales data in Excel, and help with CRM management and back-office tasks. Strong English and native Italian, plus proactive problem solving, are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Economics or Business Administration.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• English fluency and native Italian language proficiency.
• Experience in a commercial fast paced environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Director with admin tasks, including creating PowerPoint presentations, inbox management and reports.
• Work on Excel reports using pivot tables and analyse Sales data.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is received and presented to customers.
• Interact with Sales team and support back office activities.
• Manage relationships with BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery).
• Handle sales queries and requests (negotiations, discounts or extensions).
• Support customers related activities, CRM management and analysis.

We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Operations Assistant to join the Sales team and work closely with Massimiliano, Regional Director for Italy and Iberia.

The role

The Junior Sales Operations Assistant role sits right in the middle of the entire commercial team for Italy and Iberia, providing first hand support to the Regional Director. The role has a mix of different tasks, focusing on strategy, administration and operations. It's not the typical assistant role where you will just execute tasks, but you will have the chance to give your inputs and come up with ideas.

Here are some of the activities:

• support the italian Regional Director with a different admin tasks, including creation of Power Point presentations, inbox management, reports and so on
• work on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales data
• ensure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers, check legal documents
• interact with the Sales department team members and support with back office activities
• managing the relationship with different BU (Legal, Finance, Delivery)
• take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions etc.)
• supporting with customers related activities, CRM management and analysis

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial fast paced environment (desired but not required), with an academic background in Economics or Business Administration.

• English fluency and Native Italian language proficiency

• ability to pick up information quickly

Work pattern and location

• Internship, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Office based in Milano, near Lambrate station

• Internship reimbursement of €900 per month
