Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Milan seeks a highly motivated professional to support consultants in developing capabilities. You will conduct market and economic research, becoming a thought-partner to teams and clients, prioritizing impactful research activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or business (engineering) with record of strong academic achievement.
• Post-graduate work experience valued; recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting.
• Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and across all levels within an organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); advanced software knowledge (Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Language fluency skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Italian
