McKinsey & Company is seeking a motivated professional to join the Milan Client Capabilities Network, contributing to pharma and healthcare sector insights. You will support consultants and clients with market and economic research, helping translate data into actionable business guidance.

You will work closely with a global knowledge network, shaping knowledge assets and delivering innovative delivery through special projects, with a base in Milan.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering with record of strong academic achievement.
• Post-graduate work experience is valued; recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting.
• Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and across all levels within an organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced software knowledge (Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Italian.

YOUR IMPACT

You will support consultants and clients developing capabilities to gain insights to solve specific client business problems. You will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to teams and clients. You will prioritize research activities to have the most impact and will develop industry knowledge and expertise. You’ll also collaborate with our global research team to share and build knowledge, best practices and relevant new ideas. You will develop knowledge and help support the continuous improvement of our knowledge assets, innovating firm knowledge and delivery through special projects, both with client teams and on a stand-alone basis. You will be based in our Milan office as part of Milan Client Capabilities Network team. The Milan Client Capabilities Network is part of the geographic research and knowledge group with analysts covering the main sectors of activity for McKinsey in Italy. You will join our Pharma & Healthcare sector. The Client Capabilities Network is a global network, which includes more than 7,000 research and knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Master's degree in engineering (business and technology: biomedical, chemical engineering) with record of strong academic achievement
• Post-graduate work experience is valued; recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered
• Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting
• Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in Italy, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is EUR 36,000 - EUR 36,000 gross per year. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
