A leading rail technology company located in Pistoia is seeking a Junior Mechanical Architecture Engineer to define train architecture and develop layout designs for vehicle seating areas. This position demands a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in the railway industry. Candidates should be proficient with CAD tools, including Autodesk and CREO 11. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting engineering efforts, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration and contributing ideas in a multi-cultural team setting.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in the railway industry.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards for rail vehicle design.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Define train architecture and transversal performances.
• Develop and maintain layout designs for vehicle seating areas.
• Lead structural engineering activities for carbody components.
