Sécheron SA in Pioltello (Milan area) seeks a Mechanical R&D Engineer with a strong background in FE simulation and CAD for rail/industrial projects. The role focuses on designing electrical/mechanical components, validating joints and fatigue performance, and driving reliability in safety-critical systems.

You will work with SolidWorks/CATIA/Inventor/Creo, perform advanced analyses, and collaborate across engineering teams to meet international standards.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering with FE simulation experience.
• Electrical AC/DC exposure is a plus.
• Experience in mechanical or electro‑mechanical design is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and build electrical system/products and project-based solutions.
• Perform FE analyses (tension, fatigue, stiffness) to aid design and validation of new products.
• Model welded/bolted/riveted joints and assess safety factors per railway norms.
• Provide tech innovations and high product reliability.
