Wabtec is seeking a System Engineer to work on passenger information systems for trains, trams, and subways in Italy. This role entails developing specifications and guiding project engineers, ensuring system integration and product evolution.

You will need at least 6 years of relevant experience and a background in electronics or mechatronics. Benefits include a regular full-time contract and flexible working hours.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in system engineering, networked systems, or embedded devices.
• Familiarity with audio systems, wiring diagrams, or electrical interfaces.
• Experience in mobility, transportation, automotive or railway is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop system-level specifications, interfaces, and architectures.
• Support System Project Engineers with technical insights.
• Identify improvements and contribute to product roadmap.
• Assist during lab and on-vehicle validation activities.
