Ipsos Doxa in Milan seeks a Junior Quantitative Researcher within the Innovation Service Line to support nicotine-product research for global clients. You will contribute from brief to final deliverables, including proposal drafting, questionnaire design, data analysis and reporting, collaborating with an international team.

You will work under a manager to ensure research quality, coordinate with field staff, and present results when required.

Competenze

• 1-2 years’ market research/analysis experience.
• Knowledge of quantitative research tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English language skills.

Mansioni

• Support in managing day-to-day research activities and coordinate with client and stakeholders.
• Draft research projects and methodologies aligned with client objectives.
• Contribute to interim results, proposals, and questionnaire design.
• Coordinate with field staff to monitor activities, timelines, and costs.
• Check data quality and develop analysis plans; verify results.
• Analyze data, draft reports, and present findings to the client when needed.
