Job summary

KellyDeli is seeking a Junior Quality Advisor to support the Quality Department across Milan and surrounding territory. You will help implement the food safety strategy, conduct nationwide audits, and train local teams in hygiene and safety practices.

This role involves field visits, reporting, and collaborating with external auditors and authorities to uphold high standards of food safety. A background in HACCP and ISO 22000 is preferred, with fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 and food safety legislation (EU/national).
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence others.
• Willingness to drive around the country to audit kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of action plans to implement the food safety strategy.
• Conduct country-wide audits of kiosks and compile evaluation reports with corrective actions.
• Provide field support and training on quality and food safety to local teams.
• Train kiosk staff and managers in food safety practices.
• Build lasting relationships with kiosk staff and managers.
