LRQA in Milan is seeking a Food Lead Assessor to verify management systems in the food industry across Italy and abroad. You will act as an expert, assess implementations, and contribute to the development of LRQA's services while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in the food industry, at least three years in quality management or food safety, and auditing credentials for IFS Food and BRC Food.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in the food industry (process and/or technology).
• Adequate working experience in quality management and food safety in the food sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience (in relation to food production and/or technology) in the food industry.
• Qualification for auditing in 3rd party IFS Food and BRC Food is mandatory.
• Additional qualification and experience in FSSC 22000 is beneficial.
• Additional qualification for BRC S&D and/or IFS Logistics, ISO 22000 and/or BRC Packaging will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and Italian both spoken and written.
• Analytical approach with proactive attitude and assertiveness.
• Very good communication skills.
