Job summary

LRQA in Milan seeks a Food Lead Assessor to verify management systems in the food sector across Italy and abroad, acting as an expert to audit and assess client food safety programs.

The role requires experience in food safety systems, auditing qualifications, and strong English/Italian communication. You will help improve client systems and contribute to LRQA’s service development in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the food industry (process and/or technology)
• Good command of English and Italian both spoken and written
• Analytical approach with proactive attitude and assertiveness
• Very good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Verify management systems in the food industry, individually or in a team across Italy and abroad
• Examine and assess implementation of a food safety management system for clients
• Contribute to improvement of clients' food management systems and development of LRQA services
