Job summary

TeamSystem is seeking a software developer to join a fast-paced ICT team in Italy. You will translate requirements into code, work on modernization projects with Python, and help integrate AI-powered solutions into legacy systems.

The role offers hybrid work with on-site collaboration at Campobasso or Pesaro locations. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of software development experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with AI coding tools, plus excellent English proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software development.
• Solid knowledge of the Python programming language.
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar).
• Ability to work with legacy codebases and contribute to their evolution through AI-driven approaches.
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level).

In particular, you will:

• Contribute to application modernization projects, developing innovative Python-based solutions and supporting the transition of legacy systems toward modern, AI-integrated architectures;
• Develop integrations between legacy systems and modern solutions, including SaaS applications;
• Integrate internally developed artificial intelligence functionalities into existing systems.

What skills are we looking for?
