Job summary

TeamSystem S.p.A. is looking for a Junior Python Developer to join our R&D team in Italy, with hybrid work options in Campobasso or Pesaro.

You will translate requirements into code to build, improve, and maintain high-quality software, focusing on AI-enabled, modernized solutions. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of software development experience, solid Python skills, and familiarity with AI-powered coding tools.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software development.
• Solid knowledge of the Python programming language.
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to application modernization projects, developing Python-based solutions and supporting legacy-to-modern AI-integrated transitions.
• Develop integrations between legacy systems and modern solutions, including SaaS applications.
• Integrate internally developed AI functionalities into existing systems.
