Job summary

Idrostudi S.r.l. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its Research & Development team in Trieste. The role supports the Head of R&D in coordinating national and European projects, with a clear path toward increasing autonomy in project management.

You will participate in planning, monitoring timelines and resources, and coordinating internal and external working groups. A permanent contract and growth path are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1).
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Trello and Jira is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the planning, organization, and management of project activities.
• Support the monitoring of timelines, resources, and project progress.
• Contribute to the operational coordination of internal and external working groups.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project materials.
• Provide support in cost control activities and in managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Participate in the development of technological innovation and digitalization initiatives.
• Assist the team in managing nationally and European-funded projects, with a focus on research, development, and technology transfer activities.
