ZEGNA in Milan invites applications for a Junior Product Manager Shoes & LA Intern. You will support collection development from materials to prototypes and help monitor sample production, working closely with Design and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires a Product Design degree or similar, strong Excel/Word and Illustrator skills, and fluent English. This internship offers hands-on experience in a luxury fashion environment and a friendly, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong time and process management abilities.
• High precision and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Support collection development through materials, colors, and prototypes in collaboration with the Design office.
• Assist in defining the collection qualitative structure.
• Support fabrics and accessories research.
• Participate in sample definition and fitting quality checks.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to share sample production information.
• Monitor sample production.
• Prepare technical sheets for proto launch.
• Maintain continuous communication with back-office for fluent information flow.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Junior Product Manager Shoes&LA Intern based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team, helping usto support collection development activities, from material sourcing and prototype development to sample production monitoring.

You’ll work closely with your Team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

More specifically you will:

• Support to collection development in its different steps in particular with regards to materials, colours palette and prototype development (in collaboration with Design office);
• Support in the definition of the collection qualitative structure;
• Support in fabrics and accessories research;
• Take part to samples definition and quality check (fitting);
• Work together with Supply Chain sharingthe informations for samples production;
• Monitor samples production;
• Prepare technical sheets for proto launch;
• Continuous and constant communication with the back-office team for a fluent transmission of information.

WHO YOU ARE

• Product Design Degree or similar
• You’reskilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) and Adobe (Illustrator)
• Time and process management abilities
• Precision and attentions to details
• You communicate fluently in English

WHAT WE OFFER

• The position provides 800€ reimbursement
• Daily ticket lunch
• Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
• Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
