Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to lead aftermarket growth from its Casole D'Elsa HQ in Siena, Italy. You will drive spare parts, service contracts and lifecycle offerings to maximize installed base value, with cross-functional collaboration across product, service and commercial teams.

You will shape pricing, enable revenue growth, and develop innovative service models, including digital and subscription options, to enhance customer value and recurring

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of product management, aftermarket, service, or parts experience.
• Strong understanding of aftermarket and lifecycle business models.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Execute the aftermarket product strategy, incl. spare parts and service contracts.
• Manage full lifecycle of service and parts offerings from launch to optimization.
• Drive revenue growth and margin via pricing and portfolio management.
• Analyze installed base to identify upsell and lifecycle opportunities.
• Develop value propositions and sales enablement tools for commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations for parts availability and SLAs.
• Lead development of service models, incl. digital and subscription offerings.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Service and Finance.
