Pramac, azienda del gruppo Generac, cerca un Service & Parts Jr Product Manager per guidare lo sviluppo e la crescita del business aftermarket. All'interno del team di Product Management, agirai sull'intero portfolio service e parti, con focus su ricavi ricorrenti e soddisfazione del cliente.

La posizione, basata a Casole d'Elsa (Siena), richiede laurea in campo ingegneristico o economico e esperienza di almeno 2 anni in product management o affini, preferibilmente in settori industriali o

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o campo correlato.
• 2 anni di esperienza in product management, aftermarket, service o parts.
• Buona comprensione di modelli di business aftermarket e lifecycle.
• Mentalità analitica per tradurre dati in insight.
• Capacità di lavorare in ambiente internazionale e cross-funzionale.

Mansioni

• Eseguire la strategia di prodotto aftermarket, parti di ricambio, contratti di servizio e retrofit.
• Gestire l'intero lifecycle di offerte service e parts.
• Guidare crescita di ricavi e margini tramite pricing e portfolio.
• Analizzare l'installato per upsell e lifecycle services.
• Sviluppare proposte di valore e strumenti di vendita.
• Collaborare con Supply Chain e Operations per disponibilità parti e lead time.
• Guidare modelli di servizio innovativi, anche digitali e in abbonamento.
• Lavorare cross-fun con Engineering, Sales, Service e Finance.

Pramac, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to join the Product Management Team at its Head Quarter in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).

Purpose

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Service & Parts Jr Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our aftermarket business. In this role, you will help define and execute strategies that maximize the value of our installed base through spare parts, service offerings, and lifecycle solutions. You will play a key role in driving recurring revenue, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability, working at the intersection of product, service, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the aftermarket product strategy, including spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions
• Manage the full lifecycle of service and parts offerings, from launch to optimization and phase-out
• Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through effective pricing and portfolio management
• Analyze the installed base to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and lifecycle services
• Develop compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools to support commercial teams
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure parts availability, lead time optimization, and service levels
• Lead the development of innovative service models, including digital and subscription-based offerings
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in product management, aftermarket, service, or parts business, ideally in industrial or energy sectors
• Strong understanding of aftermarket and lifecycle business models
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional and international environment
