ShippyPro is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to join a global SaaS platform. You will design user flows, wireframes, and interfaces, translating complex processes into simple, delightful experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers and contribute to the Design System while engaging with users for feedback and usability testing. You will grow in a fast-paced environment, leveraging AI-assisted prototyping tools and a strong penchant for clarity and usability, with

Competenze

• Around 2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design or similar.
• Strong knowledge of UX and UI fundamentals.
• Experience with Figma or similar product design tools.
• Experience with concepts such as: components and reusable patterns; prototyping; design systems; developer handoff.

Mansioni

• Design user flows, wireframes, interfaces and prototypes.
• Turn complex workflows into simple product experiences.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Contribute to our Design System.
• Talk directly with users and participate in research and usability testing.
• Analyse qualitative feedback together with product usage data.
• Monitor product metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
• Understand and improve activation, adoption and engagement.
• Identify friction in existing experiences and propose improvements.
• Review the experience before and after features go live.
• Manage your work through Jira.
