Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented product designer to shape high-leverage experiences across our AI-powered products. You’ll work with small, ambitious teams in a fast-moving, startup-like environment, using the latest tools to deliver intuitive and delightful user interfaces from concept to production.
You will collaborate with PMs and engineers from day one, start with an LLM to clarify intent, prototype with AI, validate with customers, and measure funnels and retention to steer

- High drive and initiative, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Team spirit, willingness to support the best idea and help the team succeed.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
