MDOTM, a global AI-driven investment solutions company with offices in Milan, is hiring a Junior Operations Specialist. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and commercial support, offering hands-on exposure to client projects and internal processes in fintech.

You will coordinate client projects, support business development, and collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations to ensure milestones are met while improving

Competenze

• Recent graduate or current student in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Mansioni

• Support implementation of new client projects by coordinating operational activities and gathering requirements
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution to clarify timelines and deliverables
• Assist Business Development with research and client materials for partnerships
• Coordinate with Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations to hit milestones
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards for efficiency
• Manage project documentation and ensure information is tracked in tools
• Assist with market benchmark research and background briefs
