Ramboll is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Environmental Consultant to support contaminated sites management, site investigation and remediation projects from our Rome office. The role combines office work with field activities, requiring 2–5 years in environmental consultancy and strong data interpretation skills.
You will join a multidisciplinary team of geologists, engineers and scientists, contributing to environmental monitoring, soil and groundwater investigations and reporting.
Junior/Mid-Level Environmental Consultant – Contaminated Sites and Remediation

To succeed in this role, you should have approximately two to five years of relevant experience in environmental consultancy, including site investigations, environmental monitoring, field supervision and the interpretation of soil and groundwater data.

As our new Junior/Mid-Level Environmental Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of geologists, environmental and civil engineers, environmental scientists, chemists and other specialists.
The team works within an international network on a wide range of projects concerning contaminated site management, site investigation and remediation, environmental monitoring, groundwater management, water treatment, permitting, due diligence and environmental compliance.
You will be involved in both office and field activities and will progressively take responsibility for the technical and operational coordination of project tasks.

The salary range for this position is between EUR 28 000 - 36 000
