Ramboll Group A/S is seeking an EHS Consultant to join our Environment and Health Department in a hybrid role based in our Rome or Milan offices. You will bring 2–3 years of experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services with emphasis on Health & Safety due diligence in M&A, and you will communicate in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master level degree in Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental/Chemical engineering, Environmental Science or similar.
• Knowledge of D. Lgs. 81/2008 and D. Lgs 152/2006, ASTM standards.
• Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written; a third language is a plus.
• Knowledge of decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus.

Your new role

As our new EHS Consultant you must have 2-3 years’ experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services as a broad area, with specific focus on Health & Safety compliance and due diligence work in the M&A sector with emphasis on EHS assessment, planning and strategy.

Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome or Milan office in line with our flexible working policy.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
• Execution of EHS compliance audits
• Execution of H&S Risk Assessments and review of H&S Plan
• Execution of ESG review
• Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
• Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language

You will be part of part of our successful team composed by engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. • A Master level university degree in Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental/Chemical engineering, Environmental Science or similar.
• Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs. 81/2008 and D. Lgs 152/2006, ASTM standards
• Fluent in Italian & English both spoken and written, a third language (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus
