Ferrero in Alba (CN) seeks a Junior Mechanical Designer to join the Global Innovation Development & Design Team. You will report to the Ovens Manager and contribute to mechanical modeling for plant production and special processes.

Responsibilities include designing equipment from needs analysis to installation, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, and driving innovative solutions and continuous improvement across global plants.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience designing machinery for Food, FMCG, Automation or Automotive.
• Proficiency in CAD software (2D/3D, Autodesk Inventor).
• Experience in project management (budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance) is a plus.
• Proficient Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Designing special equipment and machinery from needs analysis to installation.
• Develop detailed technical projects and coordinate external studies.
• Propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement of plants.
• Monitor budget, schedule, quality, hygiene, safety, ergonomics, and environment.
